Cancun 2008

In May, Rob and I went to Cancun. We stayed at the beautiful Hilton Cancun Resort and Spa. We usually try to do and see so much while we are on vacation that we almost need another vacation when we get home. So, we decided that since this was our third trip to Cancun that we would take a more laid back approach this time. We spent most of our days by the pool and on the beach the resort. We did take a day trip to Isla Mujeres. We took a 45 minute water taxi ride over to the island. Isla Mujeres is an island that is 7 miles long and less than a mile wide. This island is so small that many of the people travel by golf cart. We were able to rent a golf cart for the afternoon while allowed us to see the entire island. After a few more days of lounging by the pool, our time in Cancun was up. I think we will try the laid back approach more often! :)
